The spirtual leader of Muslims in Australia is calling for calm following the fatal shooting of a man in Melbourne who'd come to police attention as a terrorism suspect.
Police killed Numan Haider when he attacked two counter-terrorism officers outside a police station.
The Grand Mufti of Australia, Dr Ibrahim Abu Mohammad acknowledges that some people are fearful but now is the time for all Australians to exercise restraint.
