Great white shark torpedoing cage divers caught on video

An American tourist has had a close call with a great white shark while cage diving on his honeymoon.

A tourist has captured on video the moment a great white shark rams into the cage he is diving in off the coast of South Africa.

American Spencer Riley was cage diving on the coast at Gansbaai near Cape Town when one shark came in for a closer look at high speed.

The video shows Riley and a companion underwater in a cage before shark rams the front of the cage, its jaws almost touching Riley who exclaims “Holy s**t”.

The video which Riley took while on his honeymoon was posted to YouTube where it has attracted almost 100,000 views.
