Greens Senate candidate Lee Rhiannon has accepted a challenge to debate the Nationals' Fiona Nash in regional NSW.
The race for the final two NSW Senate seats is a three-way contest between the two women, and Labor's Steve Hutchins, with Ms Rhiannon hopeful of ousting either sitting senator.
Ms Nash proposed the debate after Ms Rhiannon challenged Nationals Senator John Williams earlier this week.

Senator Williams had accused the Greens of only pretending to care about farming.
"Surely Lee Rhiannon should be prepared to take on the senator who she's trying replace," Ms Nash said.
"It's time Lee Rhiannon was challenged over the Greens' policies that will do damage to regional Australia."
Ms Rhiannon said she was happy to debate anyone from the Nationals.
"Mr Williams passed the baton onto Ms Nash," she said in a statement.
"Senator John Williams' attack on the Greens was off the mark and I welcome the opportunity to have a serious debate with the Nationals.
"The Greens are happy to stand on our record of working with farming communities in NSW and across Australia."
A time and place for the debate has yet to be decided, but the Greens have proposed a one-hour event in Gunnedah on Monday or Wednesday.
