AFL leading goal-kicker and GWS star Jeremy Cameron has been backed to extend his Coleman Medal lead and boot a career-best eight majors against St Kilda on Saturday.
Giants forward Harry Himmelberg has watched in awe this season as Cameron has dominated defenders en route to 24 goals in six games.
Himmelberg believes a clean bill of health has allowed Cameron to hit career-best form and backed the gun forward to continue his prolific scoring against the Saints at Manuka Oval.
"The whole forward line working together is the main thing but Jez is such a good player and so smart and athletic that the goals are just a bonus," Himmelberg said.
"He's had a few injury interruptions the last couple of years which have been really frustrating for him but it's a real credit to him how he has come out on the other side.
"He's eyeing off that eight-goal game so hopefully he gets that in the near future. I wouldn't put anything past him at the moment, he's in really good form."
GWS and St Kilda are two of seven clubs on four wins after six games and sit inside a logjammed top eight.
The Giants have won nine of their past 10 in Canberra and are heavy favourites to beat the Saints, but Himmelberg emphasised they'll be made to work for it.
"It's going to be a tough task because they're in really good form but I think we are as well so it should be a cracking game," Himmelberg said.
"They have a really good list and a lot their players are up and running at the moment, it's going to be a really big challenge."
GWS welcome back skipper Phil Davis (ankle) and livewire Toby Greene (calf).
"Phil gives us a lot of confidence down back," Himmelberg said.
"Yeah (Greene) definitely does (bring mongrel), we've seen that in the past, he's definitely a fiery little player and we love playing with him, he adds another layer to our attack."
