Greater Western Sydney AFL coach Leon Cameron doesn't subscribe to the theory that the return of Rory Lobb and the absence of Nic Naitanui will tilt the ruck battle in his side's favour against a red-hot West Coast team.
The second-placed Eagles have won six straight, while the Giants have won just one of their past three and are coming off a thrashing at Geelong.
Lobb returns after missing four games with bone bruising, and Naitanui's controversial suspension keeps him out of the Spotless Stadium clash.
GWS also get back star forward Jeremy Cameron, while gun Eagles' midfielder Luke Shuey won't play due to a hamstring injury.
All those moves appear to favour the Giants, but Cameron dismisses the notion that the ruck battle will automatically be a more-even contest with Naitanui out and Lobb in.

"I can understand from the outside view that people would look at that but, from the inside view, we don't," Cameron said.
"Naitanui is obviously an A-grade ruckman. Everyone can attest to that but (Scott) Lycett is in outstanding form.
"Their combination is part of the reason why they've won their last six games and Lycett has a big say in that.
"They have got some clearly good A-graders in some great form, but we're confident that our players can respond in the manner we want."
Eagles coach Adam Simson is wary of catching a Giants team on the rebound, as his club looks to win seven straight for the first time in 21 years.
"They've still got some tremendous talent playing," Simpson said.
"Ideally, they would have more out there. I'm sure Leon (Cameron) would be the first to say that, but I don't think he'd use it as an excuse, just like we won't use Nic as an excuse either.
"I think it's going to be a massive challenge this week; we're not kidding ourselves in that space..
"But as long as we play with real spirit, we can't lose."
Jeremy Cameron's return should add more potency to a Giants side who have averaged under 61 points over the past three games, while the Eagles have been held below 80 points just once.
GWS will blood defender Isaac Cumming, and West Coast give an AFL debut to midfielder Brayden Ainsworth and former Port Adelaide player Brendon Ah Chee makes his first appearance in Eagles colours.
GWS captain Callan Ward will make his 200th AFL appearance.
