Has Obama handled the oil spill well?

US President Barack Obama has come under fire for not intervening in BP's to date unsuccessful efforts to stop the Gulf of Mexico oil spill. Some have even called it 'Obama's Hurricane Katrina. Do you agree, or do you think Obama was right to make BP responsible for cleaning up the spill?
