Hawthorn and West Coast will go into the AFL grand final as named with no late changes made to the official team sheets.

Matt Suckling is the substitute for the Hawks and Matt Rosa will wear the green vest for the Eagles for Saturday's title decider at the MCG.

Alastair Clarkson on Friday left the door slightly ajar for midfielder Billy Hartung but the Hawthorn coach resisted the temptation to tinker with his line-up with temperatures expected to reach 30 degrees.

Hartung played 20 games this season, including two finals, but was dropped to make way for Jack Gunston after he recovered from an ankle injury.
