Jarryd Hayne will sit down with his manager next week to begin discussing his post-Olympics future.

After an underwhelming rugby sevens debut for Fiji in London that followed his stunning NFL retirement, the former San Francisco 49er is rapidly trying to hone his skills in his new sport in a bid to making the final squad for Rio.

Fiji's next camp begins on June 14 where coach Ben Ryan will whittle down a 24-man squad to 12 for Brazil, where they hope to win their first-ever Olympic medal.

Ryan's team are considered the gold-medal favourites having been crowned world series champions for the last two years.

However a lot of attention is on where the former NRL star will turn to after the Olympics, with speculation rife he'll return to rugby league in the summer.

Hayne's manager Wayne Beavis was unwilling to reveal exactly how many codes and NRL clubs had reached out to his in-demand athlete, only saying he had been inundated with interest.

"We've had plenty," Beavis told AAP on Friday.

It is understood the Sydney Roosters are frontrunners for Hayne's signature, while Manly have reportedly joined the hunt to snap up the ex-NSW State of Origin and Kangaroos star.

Beavis also didn't rule out a move to cashed-up rugby clubs in Japan and France, however re-iterated that a decision is unlikely to be made until the Games are over in August.

Hayne predictably struggled in the tournament at Twickenham, coming off the bench in every game and playing 11 minutes in total.
