Navy officers were forced to undertake some urgent helicopter feng shui before Malcolm Turnbull's arrival at HMAS Albatross.
The prime minister took his election campaign to Nowra on the NSW south coast on Wednesday, campaigning alongside Ann Sudmalis in the marginal seat of Gilmore, which has a 3.8 per cent buffer.
Navy officers frantically sourced a fork lift to change the angle of a five tonne Romeo helicopter that would be the backdrop of Mr Turnbull's daily press conference.
The chopper's dogtag said "Be Aggressive" under a picture of a fist with wings.
It must have provided Mr Turnbull with some inspiration.

He pumped his fist wildly throughout his media interview, railing against Labor's "glossy brochure" 10-year economic plan.
Australia is taking delivery of 24 Romeo choppers, to hunt submarines.
Mr Turnbull was mightily impressed with the aircraft, when he sat in the pilot's seat.
However, unlike former Speaker Bronwyn Bishop, there was no time for a joyride.
Later on Wednesday, he pledged $358,000 towards a respite centre for young people with disabilities at Ulladulla.
The Lions and other community clubs have been fundraising for the project to build the five-bedroom Jindelara Cottage that will benefit 30 families.
Carol Malmo, whose 31-year-old son Steve has Down Syndrome, said having local respite will mean the world to families undertaking full time care.
She was involved in getting the project up and running.
"My every waking moment is caring for him basically," she told AAP.
"A break is just so important."
The stress can be overwhelming for families and sometimes marriages broke down, she said.
She said her son loves having respite to get away from his folks.
"When we drive past here, every time he says 'Where's that house?'," Ms Malmo said.
Mr Turnbull praised the big-hearted community and posed for a photo with Liam Pham, 13, who attends the Budawang special school and will use the centre when it's built.
