Once again Gold Coast Titans coach Neil Henry has named an injured player in his squad after including Tyrone Roberts on an extended bench for Saturday's home NRL clash with Canberra.
Henry admitted he had never seen an injury crisis like the one that has struck the third-last Titans in his 11-season career after adding Roberts to his line-up of 21 on Tuesday.
Roberts is technically on the Titans' long injury list after hyperextending his knee in last round's loss to the Warriors.
But it is not the first time this year Henry has been forced to make up numbers with players from the sidelines thanks to a horror injury toll.
Even after welcoming back winger Anthony Don and centre Konrad Hurrell against the Raiders, Henry still has 10 front line players sidelined after Nathaniel Peteru (foot) became the latest victim.

Henry said Roberts was an "outside chance" of running out against Canberra.
"He is still quite inconvenienced at the moment," he said.
"I would say (he would be fit in) a week or two but it could come good later in the week.
"At the moment there would be a very slight chance he will play."
Tyronne Roberts-Davis was named at fullback for Roberts with Hurrell slotting straight into the centres, pushing Chris McQueen back into his favoured back-row position.
"I have never experienced it in my coaching career," Henry said of their horror injury toll.
"It's been difficult. When you lose outside backs in particular it's hard to compensate but the boys are adapting."
Henry said there was no magic wand to fix their injury plight but believed a win over Canberra would do wonders.
"There is a lot of effort and commitment to doing the best they can but it hasn't been good enough," he said.
"We need to get that second win of the year to get morale up - it's a crucial time."
