At least 14 people have been struck down by measles after an infected international dancer competed at a Sydney contest.
The dancer initially infected eight people at the World Supremacy Battleground hip-hop competition at Sydney Olympic Park on December 7.
Four of those infected were visitors from New Zealand, who infected six people when they returned home, said NSW Health communicable disease director Vicky Sheppeard.
The other infected people were from Sydney, Adelaide and Melbourne.
Health authorities believe the "source case" was a dancer from the Philippines.

World Supremacy Battlegrounds founder Marco Selorio said the man showed flu-like symptoms during the competition, but continued to compete after taking tablets.
He was bed-ridden after the event, but did not know he had measles until rashes appeared when he returned to the Philippines.
Mr Selorio said it was an unfortunate the organisers did not know about the infection and the spread could not be prevented.
NSW Health said the outbreak was a reminder for people to vaccinate against measles.
