Veteran Greg Holmes will return from injury to make his final Super Rugby appearance for the Queensland Reds on Friday.
Holmes has been named in the front-row for the Reds' final game of the 2016 season against the Rebels at Suncorp Stadium in one of three changes for the home team.
It will be the 33-year-old's 144th Super Rugby appearance for the Reds before he heads to England to join Exeter.
A sternum injury to captain James Slipper means he'll miss the prop's farewell while fullback Jack Tuttle (shoulder) is also out.
Sef Fa'agase will replace Slipper while Tom Banks has been named to make his first Super Rugby start in place of Tuttle after debuting off the bench last year.

Another player leaving the Reds, flanker Liam Gill, will captain the team in Slipper's place.
Gill is heading to France on a two-year contract and this will be his first time captaining the Reds from the start of a match.
On the bench two more departing players have been named after recovering from injury; departing hooker Saia Fainga'a and prop Ben Daley.
Michael Gunn has been included in place of Leroy Houston.
No.8 Curtis Browning will also be making his final appearance for the Reds as they prepare for a much-changed team in 2017.
