There are fears that a power vacuum is developing in the Libyan capital, Tripoli as the hunt for Colonel Gaddafi continues.

With the opposition leadership still based in Benghazi the need for government and the rule of law is being felt more keenly each day.

Jeremy Bowen has been inside one of the Tripoli's largest prisons and found hundreds locked up without trial.
