Six-million dollar man Ben Hunt insists St George Illawarra are the furthest thing from his mind as he steps up preparations for his final season in Brisbane colours.
Halfback Hunt ended speculation about his future last month when he agreed terms on an eye-watering six-year deal with the Dragons from the start of the 2018 campaign that will see him take home a reported $1 million a season.
But Hunt, who will play against Warrington in Saturday's (0630, AEDT, Sunday) World Club Series clash, says he is only focused on ending his long association with the Broncos wearing a premiership ring.
"It was good to get thing sorted before the start of the year," Hunt told AAP.
"It can be unsettling for everyone not knowing where you'll be playing and the media speculation that goes with it.

"Now it's done I can concentrate on playing my best for Brisbane. I am not a Dragons player until next year so I am very much part of this Broncos squad and want to finish up here with a premiership."
Hunt had a small taste of life as a Maroon when he was 18th man during Queensland's State of Origin camp and came off the bench three times for the Kangaroos during the 2014 Four Nations.
With Johnathan Thurston and Cooper Cronk set to quit representative football after the Rugby League World Cup later this year, Hunt knows he has to rise to the challenge and make sure he is the next cab off the rank.
"It was a fantastic experience just being around Maroons camp and part of the set-up," he said.
"It's everything you hope it will be and some more.
"It's been the hardest thing in the world trying to break into one of the greatest teams of all time in the halves but hopefully my day will come.
"But nothing is guaranteed and it's up to me to make sure I can be a player they turn to if and when the opportunity arises."
