The International Committee of the Red Cross is warning of escalating violence against civilians in the northern Syrian city of Aleppo.
The ICRC says intense fighting has cut off access to roads leading to hospitals and other basic services.
It's urging the government and rebel groups to respect international humanitarian law and enable the delivery of aid to desperate civilians.
