ICRC 'concerned' over rising civilian casualties in Afghanistan

The International Committee of the Red Cross has expressed concern over the growing number of civilian casualties in the ongoing conflict in Afghanistan.

The International Committee of the Red Cross has expressed concern over the growing number of civilian casualties in the ongoing conflict in Afghanistan.

The ICRC says this is especially troubling at a time when funding commitments to support humanitarian work in the country are decreasing.

The Committee's Leonard Blazeby spoke to Zara Zaher about the situation.
