India, Indonesia trade deals a priority

New Trade Minister Steve Ciobo says securing free trade deals with India and Indonesia are priorities and there are opportunities with Gulf states.

Steve Ciobo says the federal government is also exploring opportunities with the Gulf states and potentially separate deals with Hong Kong and Taiwan.

"There are a number of different pokers in the fire so to speak," he told CNBC in the US overnight.
