Indigenous communities 'to be hit by self-education tax deduction cap'

Doctors' groups are warning that remote Indigenous communities could be the unintended victims of a federal budget savings measure.

The government has capped the tax deductions of professionals undertaking higher education to $2,000 dollars.

Critics say the move is a step backwards for Australia.
