An Indigenous elder has asked BHP Billiton not to pursue him for court costs incurred while fighting expansion of a uranium mine.

In Perth, an Indigenous elder has asked BHP Billiton not to pursue him for court costs incurred while fighting an expansion of the Olympic Dam uranium mine.

Kevin Buzzacott attended BHP Billiton's annual general meeting where he made his case.

World News Australia's Ryan Emery was also there, and spoke with Greg Dyett.
