Australia's Joe Ingles racked up a career-high 11 assists and added 15 points as the Utah Jazz coasted to a 116-88 NBA victory over the struggling Phoenix Suns.

Donovan Mitchell led a balanced attack with 21 points while Rudy Gobert contributed 16 points and 12 rebounds as Utah won for the fifth time in seven games.

Phoenix committed 22 turnovers in its 12th straight loss though Josh Jackson matched his season high with 27 points, and DeAndre Ayton had 20 points and nine rebounds.

The Suns closed to 75-71 on a three-point play by Kelly Oubre Jr. with 57.1 seconds left in the third quarter but the Jazz responded with a 9-0 run and then led by as many as 28 in the fourth.

Unfortunately Ingles' compatriot Patty Mills did not fare as well, with his team-high 16 point haul inconsequential as Golden State hammered the short-handed San Antonio Spurs 141-102.

The Warriors made 24 of 25 shots bridging the second and third quarters to break open a close contest in Oakland after the Spurs elected to rest their top two scorers, LaMarcus Aldridge and DeMar DeRozan, in the second game of their eight-game road trip.

Klay Thompson had 26 points and Kevin Durant 23 for the Warriors, who won for the 13th time in their last 14 games.

Runaway rookie of the year favourite Luka Doncic recorded the third triple-double of his career to set up the Dallas Mavericks' 99-93 win over the Charlotte Hornets.

The 19-year-old Slovenian finished with a team-high 19 points along with 11 assists and 10 rebounds.

His total floor game stole the spotlight from All-Star Kemba Walker, who led the Hornets with 30 points.

Giannis Antetokounmpo scored 43 points, Eric Bledsoe added 22 points and 11 assists as the league-leading Milwaukee Bucks routed the Washington Wizards 148-129.

Antetokounmpo made 17 of 21 field goal attempts, including 3 of 3 from 3-point range as Milwaukee recorded their 10 victory from their last 11 games.

Houston star James Harden made eight 3-pointers and scored 36 points to help the Rockets crush the Sacramento Kings 127-101.

In Chicago, Julius Randle scored 31 points and the New Orleans Pelicans beat the battling Bulls 125-120 and the Brooklyn Nets shaded the Denver Nuggets 135-130, D'Angelo Russell leading the way with 27 points and 11 assists.
