Environment minister Peter Garret has been fighting for his politicallife over the axed insulation scheme, which has been linked to fourdeaths and 93 house fires.While some argue two reports had warned him of thescheme's dangers, others claim it's a matter of personalresponsibility and only unscrupulous insulation businesses should beblamed.
