Data management group Recall will be removed from the Australian stock exchange next week following its $3.4 billion takeover by Iron Mountain.

Recall will be removed after the close of business next Thursday, subject to shareholder and final court approval of its purchase by the US logistics giant.

The competition watchdog last month waved through the deal after Iron Mountain agreed to sell most of its Australian business.
