Is Abbott's climate change policy viable?

Opposition leader Tony Abbott has unveiled a climate change policy which he says will cut emissions at a much lower cost than the Rudd government. Special Feature: Climate Change

Mr Abbott plans to cut emissions by 5 per cent by 2020 with a $3.2 billion scheme that involves solar energy, biosequestration and planting 20 million trees.
