Islamic State has claimed responsibility for an attack on Libya's Foreign Ministry in Tripoli, the group says.
The news was delivered on Islamic State's news agency Amaq.
The group said three of its members carried out the attack that killed at least three people on Tuesday.
Libya has been a haven for Islamic militants since a 2011 uprising toppled dictator Muammar Gaddafi.
The country is split between rival governments, each backed by an array of local militias.
