Islamic college hit with funding freeze Islamic

The federal government has frozen funding for the Islamic College of South Australia.

Education Minister Simon Birmingham says the freeze is part of a review of financial management and governance at six Islamic schools across Australia.

Investigations into the other schools, in Brisbane, Melbourne, Canberra, Perth and Sydney, are continuing.
