In addition to playing 331 games with the Sydney Swans, Adam Goodes is a dual Brownlow Medalist and a dual premiership player and lately there's even talk about him entering politics.
He spoke to NITV News about that now notorious incident in the AFL reconciliation round when he was called an ape.
"It was disappointing," Goodes says. "I can't sit here and say that it still doesn't affect me because it does. Because when something is said to you like that it cuts you to the core."
