The Rolling Stones have postponed the North American leg of their US tour because Mick Jagger is sick.
According to the announcement on Saturday, Mick Jagger "has been advised by doctors that he cannot go on tour at this time as he needs medical treatment. The doctors have advised Mick that he is expected to make a complete recovery so that he can get back on stage as soon as possible".
The No Filter tour had been scheduled to kick off in Miami on April 20.
While the nature of the 75-year-old singer's ailment was not revealed and a rep for the group had "no further information", a source close to the situation tells Variety that "he's not bed-ridden" and in fact was seen at a Miami restaurant with band members on Friday night.
The tour is expected to resume in three months, the source tells Variety.

According to the New York Post, doctors "found something" that required "immediate attention" and recommended treatment at a US hospital. "This is not a serious thing," a source close to the band said.
Mick Jagger said in a statement: "I hate letting our fans down and I'm hugely disappointed to have to postpone the tour but am looking forward to getting back on stage as soon as I can".
In March 2014 the group postponed a tour of Australia and New Zealand after the suicide of Jagger's life partner, L'Wren Scott. The dates were performed in October and November of that year, although one show was cancelled due to Jagger suffering from a throat infection.
