Actress Jessica Falkholt is the final member of her family clinging to life after a horror crash on NSW south coast killed her parents and sister.
Jessica, 28, and Annabelle, 21, were pulled from the wreckage after their car collided with a four-wheel-drive near Ulladulla, killing their parents.
The driver of the four-wheel-drive, Craig Whitall, also died in the fiery crash.
Annabelle was flown to Liverpool Hospital in a critical condition after the crash but died as a result of her injuries on Friday, police say.
Jessica, who has played a role in Home and Away and other Australian television series, remains in a critical condition at St George Hospital.
Annabelle's grieving boyfriend, Jordan Brohier, posted a heartfelt tribute following her death in which he said he hoped to "wake up from this terrible nightmare" and see her looking back at him.
"My prayers are with darling jess and I hope she can pull through," he wrote on Facebook on Friday.
The state's Christmas road toll now stands at 23 after a motorcyclist died at Queanbeyan on Thursday night.
