Sydney's Sky Sports Radio said an investigation was under way into the death of the 22-year-old who began a three-month riding contract in Singapore last month.

Bell won the 2013/14 Brisbane jockeys' premiership, the same season he claimed his first Group One win on Tinto in the Queensland Oaks.
