Julie Bishop tours Israel, Palestinian territories

Foreign Minister Julie Bishop is visiting Israel and the Palestinian Territories, where she will hold discussions on the Middle East peace process.

Foreign Minister Julie Bishop will hold discussions on the Middle East peace process during a three-day visit to Israel and the Palestinian Territories.

Ms Bishop will hold meetings with the Israeli president Reuven Rivlin, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and the defence minister and visit Australian entrepreneurs in Tel Aviv.

She will also meet with Prime Minister Rami Hamdallah during her time in the Palestinian Territories.
