Justin Bieber has severed links with Los Angeles after selling off two plots of adjacent land in Calabasas.
The pop star recently sold his mansion to reality TV regular Khloe Kardashian for $US7.2 million ($A8.00 million) and now sources tell TMZ.com the Baby singer has sold a plot of land next door for over $US2.7 million.
Bieber made a profit on both.
The insiders also tell the website that Bieber has called off a search for a new California home and has set his sights on buying up property in Atlanta, Georgia.
