Today show host Karl Stefanovic has reportedly separated from his wife of 21 years, Cassandra Thorburn.
The Nine Network presenter is understood to have recently moved out of the couple's home and is believed to be staying at the Bondi apartment of billionaire mate James Packer, according to the Sunday Telegraph.
The pair have three children. They met in the mid 1990s while Stefanovic was working with regional network WIN Television and Thorburn with ABC radio in Rockhampton.
The paper says friends believe the couple are trying to "work their marriage out".
