New South Wales Premier Kristina Keneally did not snub a high-ranking delegation of Chinese government and business officials during their visit to Sydney last month, her office says.
The 50-member delegation had sought to meet with Ms Keneally during the third week of June, the Sydney Morning Herald reported.
But neither the premier nor any of her ministers had meetings with the group, which instead had discussions with public servants, the paper said.

The NSW Office of the Premier has denied the reports, saying the delegation never requested a meeting with Ms Keneally.
"The Office of the Premier has not located any requests to meet with the Chinese Investment Promotion Agency (CIPA) last month," it said in a statement.
"However, the CIPA did request and met with the NSW Department of Industry and Investment."
Ms Keneally has been in China since Sunday, spruiking the state's economic and tourism credentials. She returns to Australia on Sunday.
