Key amendments to Labor policies

Labor will push for equal pay for women and will lift foreign aid every year if it wins government at the next federal election.

KEY AMENDMENTS TO LABOR'S POLICIES:

* Pledge to lift foreign aid every year.

* Require Fair Work Commission to consider equal pay for women.

* Pursue laws threatening bosses with jail for industrial manslaughter.

* Sign the Ban Treaty on nuclear weapons.

* Pursue safe and legal access to abortion in states and territories.

* Take urgent action to address climate change.

* Push to officially recognise Palestine as an important priority.
