* 17th minute: Penalty try to Queensland. Blues centre Jack Wighton moves off his line to take out Will Chambers. Referees deem Wighton's block prevented Chambers grounding in time. The conversion locks up the score at 6-6.

* 32nd minute: NSW blow a try after Maloney's long pass to Josh Addo-Carr is ruled forward.

* 74th minute: Addo-Carr gets another try after a sweeping move from NSW, with the ball passing through several sets of hands. Maloney nails the conversion to make it 38-6.
