When Blake Underwood's mother needed a kidney transplant he offered her one of his. But he wasn't a match.

On the other side of the USA, Jay Matuska was also waiting for a kidney transplant - and he was a match with Blake.

But Jay's new bride Jackie Sitkowski happened to be a match for Blake's morther.

So the kidneys swapped families and both got to celebrate a Christmas they feared they'd never see.
