Sydney coach Andrew Gaze and guard Jason Cadee are confident Kings captain Kevin Lisch's horror shooting night against New Zealand on Friday night won't leave any psychological scars.
The Kings overturned a seven-point deficit in the final quarter to beat the Breakers 85-80 at Qudos Bank Arena, boosting their record to 11-10 to remain in the NBL top four.
Lisch played a key defensive role opposite Breakers sharpshooter Kirk Penney, but his normally reliable shot was off target all night and he connected on just one of 14 shots.
The Kings expect Lisch to bounce back to his best in next Saturday's round 14 home game against his former team - reigning champions Perth.
"I have complete and utter faith in him," Gaze said.

"Kevin works harder than any individual in every single practice session. Unless you tell him to sit down, he is so committed to working at a certain intensity, and that's what makes him great.
"Sometimes I tell him 'Kev, you cannot work any harder'. But I don't worry too much about Kevin because he's a champion and he does so many things in other areas and he's a smart player."
Cadee helped to shoulder the scoring load with Lisch ice-cold against the Breakers, finishing with a game-high 21 points.
"Kev missed shots, but everyone goes through patches like that and he'll rebound bigger and better," Cadee said.
"He's a hell of a player and we got a win with him playing bad, and I guess that's a good thing.
"He does a lot more than just score points, like the way he guarded Kirk Penney, being into him the whole game."
The Breakers lost star forward Tom Abercombie (broken hand) during the week and were down on backcourt troops after starting playmaker Davy Stockton injured his back in the game's opening two minutes.
"That makes it tough when your starting point guard goes down like that," coach Paul Henare said.
"I was extremely proud of the guys. If we can tidy up a few things we'll be in a good place. The ball's still in our court."
