A pregnant woman has had a knife held to her neck during a burglary in Melbourne.

Police say five men, one armed with a knife and firearm, stormed the Berwick home just before midnight on Thursday.

They demanded property before assaulting two men and threatening the pregnant woman with the knife.

They then fled in a station wagon stolen from a home in Chelsea earlier in the afternoon.

They are still at large.
