Opposition Leader Bill Shorten has moved to censure Malcolm Turnbull for failing to sack embattled minister Stuart Robert.
Mr Robert is the subject of a review - commissioned by the prime minister - into whether he breached ministerial standards by helping a friend and Liberal Party donor sign a mining deal in China.
"It is time for this do-nothing prime minister to do something - he must sack the minister," Mr Shorten told parliament on Wednesday.
