Labor tipped to win ACT poll

Opening betting odds have Andrew Barr retaining government for Labor in the ACT on October 15.

Labor is on track to win a fifth term in office in the Australian Capital Territory, say betting agencies.

Sportsbet has the Barr Labor government at $1.35 to win the October 15 election, with the Liberals starting at $3.

The ACT assembly will expand from 17 members to 25.
