Lambie, Hanson register for Tas election

Former senator Jacqui Lambie and Senator Pauline Hanson have registered their parties in Tasmania ahead of the state's 2018 election.

Jacqui Lambie and Pauline Hanson have registered their political parties in Tasmania ahead of March's state election.

The Tasmanian Electoral Commission on Thursday confirmed the registration of the Jacqui Lambie Network and Pauline Hanson's One Nation parties.

Both were given a green light after a 30-day pubic consultation period during which no objections were received.
