Lawrence extends deal at Wests Tigers

Centre-turned-backrower Chris Lawrence has signed a two-year extension with Wests Tigers to keep him at the club until the end of the 2019 NRL season.

Former Kangaroos representative Chris Lawrence will remain with the Wests Tigers until at least the end of the 2019 NRL season.

The centre-turned-backrower, who was already signed until the end of next season, has signed a two-year extension with the club.

"From a team perspective, I want to get Wests Tigers back into the top eight, and the top four, because that's where we should be," the 27-year-old said.
