The South Australian opposition has vowed to "hit the ground running" after the March state election with Liberal leader Steven Marshall outlining a plan for the first 100 days if he wins government.
The plan includes a number of policies the opposition has already announced including a $90 million cut to the Emergency Services Levy along with initiatives in health, infrastructure, energy and child protection.
"What you're going to get from the Liberal Party is not talk, but action, straight away, day one from a Marshall Liberal government," Mr Marshall told reporters on Sunday.
"We are providing reassurance to the people of South Australia that the Liberal Party, should we be elected on March 17, will hit the ground running."
Other aspects of the Liberal plan include starting the process to re-open operating theatres at the mothballed Repatriation Hospital, establishment of a $100 million scheme to subsidise battery installations in 40,000 homes and initial work on a regional roads and infrastructure fund.

Mr Marshall said there is a lot in the first 100-day plan because "there is a lot to do".
He has also pledged that his current crop of shadow ministers will take on those portfolios if the Liberals win.
"I'm confident all of the people in our shadow cabinet will be elected and we've allocated those responsibilities," Mr Marshall said.
