A new report says people who can't speak English well are at an increased risk of becoming homeless, Christine Heard reports.

They are an invisible and largely ignored minority: people who can't speak English well, and end up living on the streets.

Their inability to express themselves in the language of their new homeland, only increases their chances of developing psychological problems.

A new report says they are at an increased risk of becoming homeless, but that not enough is known about them to ease their plight.
