Lions to get Rockliff back for Blues clash

Brisbane captain Tom Rockliff is set to return for the struggling Lions for their AFL clash against in-form Carlton at Etihad Stadium on Saturday.

Brisbane coach Justin Leppitsch says captain Tom Rockliff is a certainty to return from injury for Saturday's AFL clash against Carlton.

The Lions skipper has missed the past three games due to a hamstring injury but declared himself fit earlier this week, with Leppitsch confirming his captain will return.

The 26-year-old's return couldn't come at a better time for the struggling Lions, who head to Melbourne with just one win from 10 matches this year.
