Questions are being raised over whether one of the Boston bombers was a follower of a controversial Australian Muslim cleric, who once described Jews as pigs and called for the beheading of the Dutch anti-immigration MP Geert Wilders.

US authorities are investigating if Tamerlan Tsarnaev was a follower of Sheik Feiz Mohammad because a YouTube page listed as belonging to the 26-year-old contains religious videos, including some from the Sydney-born sheik.
