Liquefied Natural Gas chairman Richard Beresford will step down from his position at the company's annual general meeting in November.
He will be replaced by former GDF Suez executive Paul Cavicchi, who is already an executive director on the board, the Perth-based gas producer said.
Mr Cavicchi, who has more than 30 years experience in international gas and power projects, will be based in Houston, the location of the LNG's North American headquarters.
