Logistics software firm WiseTech has priced shares in its initial public offer at $3.35 each, with trading on the ASX to begin on Monday.

Logistics software firm WiseTech Global has priced shares in its initial public offer at $3.35 each, giving the company a market value of $974 million on debut.

The IPO will raise $167.6 million, through a combination of a sell down by existing shareholders and an issue of new shares.

Wisetech provides software solutions to the global logistics services industry, and has 6,000 customers across more than 100 countries including Australia, New Zealand, China and the US.

Shares in the company, which has forecast a $26.1 million net profit in the 2017 financial year, will begin trading on the Australian Securities Exchange on Monday.
