Lorde has won the Grammy for Best Pop Solo Performance for her song Royals.

The 17-year-old New Zealander beat nominees Brave: Sara Bareilles; When I Was Your Man: Bruno Mars; Roar: Katy Perry; and Mirrors: Justin Timberlake.
