Footage of his most recent feats for Australia may not be fun viewing for Chris Lynn.
Instead the master blaster will watch a former innings for Brisbane Heat over and over before trying to give national selectors a reminder of his pickets-clearing talent in the Big Bash League.
Lynn has avoided looking back at his underwhelming stint in Australia's recent one-day and Twenty20 series, admitting his confidence had taken a hit ahead of next week's BBL opener against Adelaide Strikers.
However, the 28-year-old expects to be back to his dangerous best in the BBL after following the advice of Australian coach Justin Langer.
The former Test opener has recommended players watch the best innings of their life to regain confidence.
And Lynn reckoned he couldn't go past his impressive 98 off 49 balls - including 11 sixes - when he and fellow "Bash Brother" Brendon McCullum ran amok against Perth Scorchers in January 2017.
"Having not scored as many runs as I would have liked (for Australia) they are not the better games I would look back at," Lynn said of his recent white-ball exploits.
"Justin Langer got us to look at the best game we have ever played to get us in that mindset which I think is a good thing and I will be doing that before the Big Bash.
"That (98) with Baz (McCullum) was one of the better games of cricket I have had, not just because I did well.
"I just had so much fun out there. It brought back good memories of why I played the game in the first place."
Lynn already appears to have found his happy place after tonking 113 off 45 balls - including 15 sixes - for Brisbane club side Toombul last weekend in Queensland Premier Cricket.
And his confidence has been given an extra boost after receiving the Heat captaincy.
After watching his blistering 98, Lynn reckons he will then adopt another piece of Langer advice as he tries to make selectors sit up and take notice before the 2019 World Cup.
"Justin Langer always said don't give the selectors a reason not to pick you," Lynn said.
"And any time you get to play whether it is for the Heat or Queensland Bulls, it is an opportunity to put your hand up (for Australia).
"So if I score plenty of runs it is out of my hands."
Heat play a practice match on Wednesday night before their BBL opener at the Gabba on December 19.
